Product Returns, Refund and Replacement Policy (Customer)

Welcome to Binnifood. Thank you for choosing to purchase from Binnifood. We fundamentally believe that you will be thrilled with the products you buy from us. Because we go out of our way to ensure product quality and after-sales service are what you need. Considering the prevailing situation and demand, a customer can return their product by following the mentioned instructions below. Please follow the relevant instructions below for when you change your decision, product return time limit, and return the product.
Returns Policy:
Please make sure to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery man upon receiving it. If you discover any inconsistencies or defects, kindly contact us at 09638-009280 or 01841-878691.
Conditions for Returns:
- If the product has been damaged or expired.
- If the product does not match its appearance as shown on the Facebook page or website or YouTube channel.
- If the product’s quality does not meet the standards as described.
- If there is any issue with the delivery.
- If the product’s weight is not as specified.
- If an incorrect product has been provided.
- If you intentionally do not pick up the product after checking while the delivery man is present, you will have to pay the full delivery charge. Also it will not be accepted if you want to return the product damaged by yourself.
- If you change your mind after ordering your product online, please cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
- If there is any problem regarding the quality or price of the product or the validity of the product after delivery, please return the product with your certificate of purchase (sales invoice/order phone number) within 3 days of purchase or contact our customer care in case of online order. Only 24 hours will be applicable for perishable food items.
Conditions for Refund:
For the first time in Bangladesh, we offer a unique opportunity for you to test our products, and if you are not satisfied as per our Commitment, you can request a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery. In the event that you consume a portion of the product, you will be charged for the consumed quantity. - We will initiate refunds within 3 days of receiving the returned product.
- The product that we have provided should be sent to our address.
- Products must be packed properly when requesting a refund.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Binnifood will not be responsible for product damage, loss, breakage due to courier. No refunds will be accepted.
- We will not be responsible if the customer intentionally damages or loses the product.
- No refund request will be accepted if you ordered by mistake
- If the product is checked and returned while the delivery man is present, the full courier charges will be borne by the customer.
- We need to know the complaint with proof within 24/48 hours of receiving the product, as we ensure delivery of fresh and original products.
- We recommend that you make a video when you receive our products. If there is a problem with any of our products, please let us know with this video.
Note: Refund requests must be accompanied by photo or video proof of the defective product.
Replacement Policy
We offer refunds as well as product replacements. If you find any problem or bad with our product, you can exchange or take another product of that money or the same product. Any replacement of the product will be at Binnifood Authority’s discretion.
Money Back Guarantee
We will refund your money in the same way or conveniently after we return your product.
- Your money will be refunded to your mobile banking account (Only Bkash).
- We need 3 business days to refund the money to your account. If you purchase the product at an offer price, your refund/ replacement/ adjustment will be based on that offer price.

Product delivery:
- In case of home delivery, products of any weight can be delivered up to the 2nd floor. But in case of higher height, up to 15 kg of the product will be subject to the existing delivery charge; if more than this, an extra cost of Tk 10 will be applicable for every additional 5 kg of weight. However, if there is a lift, no extra charge will be applicable.
- We do our best to deliver products as soon as possible after ordering. We complete the delivery within 3-5 days. However, if the delivery is delayed, you can exchange the product.
- We do home delivery through courier. So we will not be responsible if the delivery man does not reach your doorstep
Delivery Policy
Home Delivery Policy: All over Bangladesh we provide product home delivery through Steadfast, Pathao, RedX. So definitely you will get home delivery if within their coverage area. They have coverage up to 5 km from police stations all over Bangladesh.
Courier Policy: Binnifood does not currently have its own delivery system.
In case of delivery by courier only courier charges or full price of product including courier charges should be paid in advance by Bkash or cash.
If you are ordering a large quantity of products (for wholesale) we have a good facility of booking products through Sundarban, AJR, SA, Janani, USB, Kartoa Paribahan. You can also take point delivery via Steadfast, Pathao, RedX.
The minimum charge for SA transport is Tk 200. Sundarbans, AJR, Janani, USB, Kartoa minimum charge is 160 taka. Courier charges may increase if product quantity is high. These couriers do not have home delivery facilities and police station level delivery facilities.
Products in glass jars, perishable goods cannot be booked on Sundarban Paribahan.
It may take 3-4 days to arrive after booking the product with a courier.
Full payment must be made in advance if the product is taken by courier other than Steadfast.
